27.6. Adding Custom Fields to the Guide Scheduling Page
If you would like to have additional fields on the "Guide Scheduling" page other than the standard "Notes" field. You can add these fields to the built-in "Guide Schedule" form. To access this form, go to the "Settings" page under "Forms" and click the "Pencil" icon next to "Manage Built-in Forms". On the "Edit Arctic Forms" page, click the "Pencil" icon next to "Guide Schedule". (For more information about creating custom fields see section 3.2 of the Forms Editor.)
This can be helpful, for instance, if you need to assign your guides to specific positions for each trip. To do this, you simply add a custom "Guide Position" field.
Once you save your changes to the "Guide Schedule" form, they will appear on the "Schedule Guides" pages as shown here (note the field will only be visible once you check the bos scheduling the guide for the trip in question):
