26.3. Report Layout Settings

Arctic gives you settings to control how your PDF reports look and print.

The settings available are:

1. The ability to suppress empty rows which will shorten reports so they use as little paper as possible. This is especially useful if you include rows on your roster for fields like medical information or dietary restrictions, which may be empty for most guests.

2. The option to use borders instead of shaded rows to save toner and/or ink.

3. The option to change font size so you can find the right balance for between readability and paper conservation.

4. The ability to select the default layout of your PDF reports whether portrait or landscape.

To get to these Report Layout Settings, go to the "Settings" page under "Reports" then click the "Pencil" icon next to the setting you wish to enable or alter.
