6.4. Online Waivers & the Guest-Facing Site

Once a waiver is assigned to your trips and rental items, when your guests go to their guest portal, they will see an option to complete their waivers as well as complete their registration forms. They will also be able to invite the other guests in their party to complete their own registration forms and waivers.

Note: The "Sign Form" button on the main activity page is always going to be the waiver for the primary customer. If the guest wants to access the waivers/registration forms for the other guests in their party or invite the other guests in their party to complete their own forms, they should click the "Start Registration" button.

Waivers should always be completed by the person they are in regards to unless that person is a minor. We encourage teaching your guests that they can invite the other adult members of their party to complete their own waivers and registration forms. It saves them time and then you are sure the waivers were completed by the appropriate person. In the case of minors, Arctic has the ability for the guest to enter that they are the legal guardian of the minor going on the trip and then sign on their behalf.

The guest is also given a chance to opt for a paper waiver at the top of the "Online Waiver" page.

If the guest chooses to return a paper waiver, Arctic will open a copy of the waiver that can either be printed directly from their browser or saved to their computer. It will also display the instructions for returning the waiver to you based on the instructions you set in the "Paper Instructions" section of the "Online Waivers" settings.

If the guest is going to complete the waiver online, they will enter their name (if Arctic does not already know their name) or the name of the minor they are signing for, choose the correct "I am" statement, then initial and sign in each of the indicated spots shown on the waiver. Once they have completed the waiver, they will scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "I Accept" to "Submit" the waiver. If the guest, clicks "I Decline", Arctic will leave their waiver blank and incomplete. They will be able to go back and complete it later or they will be able to download a paper copy to submit.

In the next section, we will cover how to store paper waivers in Arctic.
