6.5. Uploading Paper Waivers

Arctic gives you the ability to upload digital copies of the paper waivers, in addition to tracking electronically signed waivers. To upload a paper waiver to Arctic, first you must scan the waiver as a PDF file and save it to your computer. Do not forget to note where you saved the scanned image so that you can easily find it. Next, go to the "View Reservation" page for the relevant guest and trip and click the "Upload" button next to the guest's name as shown here:

On the "Upload Waiver" page, click the "Choose File" button. Then navigate to the saved PDF image of the waiver and click the blue "Upload Signed Waiver" button.

Once the file is uploaded, Arctic will return you to the "View Reservation" page, where you will see a blue "Signed" status instead of the original "Incomplete" status. Arctic will also display a date next to the "Signed" status. This date for uploaded waivers is the date the file was uploaded. To view the file that was uploaded, click the blue "Signed" link.

In the next section, we will discuss how to view online waivers as well as how to retrieve waivers for future reference.
