6.6. Viewing & Retrieving Waivers
Once the online waivers have been completed or the paper waivers have been uploaded, Arctic will display this information on the "View Reservation" page. The waiver status information can also be pulled into the trip roster and it will be displayed on the "Check-In" page, if you are using the check-in feature. Notice, Arctic also displays the date the waiver was signed and/or uploaded to the system.
To view or retrieve the signed waiver, you can click the blue "Signed" link. Arctic will display the digitally signed copy of waivers completed online or the PDF scan of the paper waiver, if you uploaded it. The waivers are always stored with the relevant reservation/rental they were completed for. In the future, should you need to retrieve the waiver you will simply look up the guest's reservation and go to the "View Reservation" page.
