5.4. Viewing & Clearing Trip Form Responses
Users with "Super User" or "Administrator" access can view trip form responses. As explained in the previous section, trip form responses for a specific trip can be easily viewed from the "View Trip" page. However, you can also view all the responses to a specific trip form from the "Manage Responses" page. To access the manage responses page, go to the "Settings" page under "Trip Forms" and clicking the "Pencil" icon next to "Manage Trip Forms".
On the "Browse Trip Forms" page, click the "Responses" button next to the form you would like to see responses from.
This will open the "Browse Responses" page which will be automatically filtered for the trip form you selected. Like other "Browse" pages in Arctic you can alter the filters and custom view of this page.
A general "Browse Responses" page for the trip forms is also available by going to the "Reports" menu and choosing "Manage". On the "Browse Reports" page, select the "Filter" tab and then scroll down to the "Trip Form Responses" section as shown here:
To view a response from the "Browse Responses" page, click the "Eye" icon which will take you to the "View Response" page.
If a form response needs to be cleared, Users with "Adminstrator" access level can clear a response. To do so go to the "View Response" page and click the red "Clear Response" button.
This will clear the response from the form so it can be completed again.
